”After my coaching with Rhys. I can happily say I am clear on the future, happier in where I’m at and more understanding about my past.

Rhys helped me improve my confidence breaking down daunting tasks that would overwhelm me with anxiety. He created a calm and space that allowed me to break them down into smaller bite sized portions that led me to actually doing them !

I had also suffered from a traumatic event in the past that led to a lot of guilt and this was spilling over into other parts of my life, Rhys helped me realise this and we was able to break this down too into manageable pieces and what’s crazy is Rhys suggested we never had to approach or relive any of the trauma to build back the trust it had stolen and he was right !

I am now in the final process of revisiting all I need with this but it was REVOLUTIONARY to realise I could safely build up to this until I am ready

I found myself drained stuck between 2 jobs and being a dad. It didn’t seem realistic and I never had enough time to get everything done.

But I sat down with Rhys and he pointed out straight away that time wasn’t the issue, it was energy. I remember he said “What good is another two hours if you’re still exhausted ?” and he was right because after some dietary tuning, targeted exercises and most of all boundaries around my self-worth everything fell into place.

No one gave me any extra time, but I have more than ever nowadays. Everything gets done & I feel super !

“Awoke a whole new dimension in my life”

So this was my first experience with a coach and it was exploring into new territory.

Not only that but I had never considered supportive services without being in-person so this was all new to me.

I wont lie, I was hesitant at first but Rhys offered me for a free consultation session and I thought why not give it a try !

Soon after starting the conversation with Rhys I found there to be no barriers, he's genuine spirit and attentiveness led the way and the rest unfolded. 3-months later i’m finishing he’s 7-Principles programme and I feel transformed, he really helped me to find my own confidence through myself and awoke a whole new dimension in my life.

Rhys also has a very unique combination of mixing masculine and feminine qualities to create a safe but powerful space for change and accountability. Although it definitely was not something I had not experienced before it was so accomodating it felt natural.

Luckily for me I met Rhys one night on a train home and happened to have a conversation with him and becoming Facebook friends after that. 1 year later I saw a post on social media of Rhys’s coaching practice.

At that time I was going in and out of depression and my anxiety was through the roof !

I had things in my life that I needed to do but for some reason I just couldn’t do them.

I wanted to start a podcast, start boxing lessons and work on my overall confidence. So seeing Rhys’s confrontational approach in the 7-Principles programme seemed like the perfect solution to end this procrastination that was only making me more depressed and anxious.

I worked with Rhys for 12-weeks and am on my 10th week boxing (4x per week) and uploaded my 5th podcast episode last Sunday after 3 years of procrastinating getting that first one done !

I know for a fact none of what Ive been doing in the last 12 weeks would be happening right now if it wasn’t for Rhys supporting me through this first bit that I can never seem to get past on my own.

But now Im through it and ready for the future and things are looking up. FINALLY.
