Frequently Asked Questions

What is coaching ?

Coaching can be different for each organisation, but at Inner-Wealth it is a container. One held together by coach and client through our joint agreement of responsibility, ownership and devotion to your personal resolution.

Coaching is an environment you are warmly welcomed to come with your mess, unadulterated emotions, challenges, questions and concerns, while we embody, overcome and resolve them as a team.

Coaching is a place you are fully received and heard and reflected while being encouraged to take structured and responsible steps towards your higher possibility, developing your personal relationship with self and becoming the light of your life.

How do I know if coaching is right for me ?

Coaching at Inner-Wealth is right for anyone drawn to unlocking their truth, overcoming their hurdles and in want or need of a powerful sparring partner, to inspire all of that in good time.

Coaching isn’t just for when life is falling apart. In fact, some of the most powerful work happens when things are going well — when we’re ready to break through to the next level, or consolidate the hard-earned progress we’ve made.

Coaching is like health: while it’s that most wait until something goes wrong to pay attention. There are others that choose to take care of theirs as a way of life, improvement and learning not as a way to resolve pain but as a way to increase fulfilment, joy and self-empowerment.

How long does a transformation take ?

Transformation happens in layers — each one deeper than the last. While everyone’s path is unique, the following timeline reflects how most genuine change unfolds:

  • Habitual Transformation — ~30 days
Breaking and replacing a surface-level habit, when approached with discipline and clarity, generally takes around 30 days.

  • Spiritual Transformation — ~90 days
Once the behavior is changed, deeper restlessness can often remain. This is the realm of the spirit — where unspoken truths, unresolved longings, and hidden wounds rise to be seen.
Addressing these, and integrating the lesson behind the habit, takes another 60 days of sincere inner work.

  • Permanent Transformation — ~180 days
To create lasting change across Body, Mind & Spirit — where your actions, emotions, and beliefs move in unified cohesion — allow 6 months of committed practice and reflection.

How can i set myself up for success ?

Start with the foundations: eat well, sleep deeply, and move your body.
There is no shortcut here. These biological essentials will carry you through every season of life with more strength, clarity, and grace.

Then, live in truth.
Speak your truth. Own your truth. Be your truth.
Let who you are — inside and out — become a full-circle expression. And when you notice you're out of alignment, don’t become arrogant. Accept the correction, refine yourself, and continue.

Do not fear giving your full 100%. That’s how you come face to face with the world’s truths in the same intensity. If you carry the humility to learn from your missteps, without losing the fires of your expression, you’ll fall in love with growth itself — instead of the fools temporary glory of “victory”.

Use your mind — but do not worship it.
The mind is powerful, but fragile. It is best understood in metaphor and character, not as literal or god-like. It’s deeply tied to our physical health, but must also be cleaned by the spirit — through hardship, unpaid works, and rightous effort.

If left unchecked, the mind will twist into cunning into corruption.
Its default is a darkness that seeks profit without expenditure of energy. The spirit’s default is a penetrating, life-giving light that is the truth of meaning.
And so, the hierarchy must be clear between these two: the spirit must lead, while the mind must serve.

Hold to that order — and you will set yourself and those around up for success.
